Payment

Sodashi is under no obligation to ship any products ordered until payment for those products has been received in full. Your contract with Sodashi will only come into existence when you have fully paid for your order and Sodashi advises you that it has accepted your order and your receipt has been confirmed.

Currency Used

On the Australian website (www.sodashi.com) the nominated currency used for all transactions is Australian Dollars (AUD$).

On the UK, website/region (www.sodashi.co.uk) the nominated currency used for transactions is in UK Pounds (UK£).

On the US/Canadian website/region the nominated currency used for transactions is in US Dollars (US$)

All prices displayed on the Australia website (www.Sodashi.com) will be in AUD$ and be inclusive of GST (Australian domestic Goods and Services Tax).

GST (Australian domestic Goods and Services Tax).

All Australian domestic customers and deliveries sent to Australian delivery addresses from the Australian Website (www.sodashi.com) will be subject to Australian GST.

The rate of Australian GST is 10%.

When Australian goods are exported (sent to a delivery address outside Australia) then the GST component of the price will be removed and the export price will be exclusive of GST.

Credit Card Information

All credit card information collected by Sodashi for the purpose of payment of orders purchased on our website will be stored securely. The credit card details will be masked on your account and will not be visible to any Sodashi Customer Service staff.

Promotional Codes

We may offer promotional discount codes which may apply to any or certain purchases made through the Sodashi website. Promotional codes are valid for a specific time period and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes, including automated discounts at the shopping cart. If you use a promotional code to purchase a product, in which you later exchange or return, and the price has returned to normal, you will only be refunded the amount that you paid. Any further conditions of using the promotional codes will be specified at the time. Promotional codes have a limit of one user per customer and can only be redeemed online during the dates specified.

Purchase of Products

Sodashi reserves the right to refuse any order which it reasonably considers is for commercial use or sale or where a product is not in stock. While we take reasonable precautions to ensure that the price and details of products listed are correct, if they are incorrect or we are out of stock and we can’t agree on how to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount charged to your credit card.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Sodashi are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Customers who elect to have goods delivered to an address whereby the goods may be accepted or signed for by a 3rd party (i.e. workplace, hotel, office building) accept all responsibility for location and recovery of the goods once the carrier has reported delivery to that address.

Sodashi Beauty Rewards Program Terms and Conditions​

1. INTRODUCTION​

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Sodashi Beauty Reward Program ("Program") offered by Sodash i("we," "our," or "us")). By participating in the Program, you ("you" or "participant") agree to these Terms. ​

​By being a member of the Sodashi Loyalty Program, you will have the opportunity to earn points that contribute to the Sodashi Beauty Reward Program. This program allows you to enjoy various benefits and enhance your experience with Sodashi products and services. As a member, you will receive digital receipts for online purchases, access your purchase history through your membership account ("My Account"), and benefit from earning points and redeeming points for coupons to use on www.sodashi.com.au.. Please note that items saved in your shopping bag are not reserved and may sell out. Stay informed about ongoing offers and promotions by checking your My Account page on www.sodashi.com.au.​

Please read these Terms carefully before joining the Program.​

2. MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY​

a. Membership in the Program is open to individuals providing accurate personal information upon enrollment. ​

b. Members must possess a valid email address and be considered adults by local legislation or obtain parental consent if aged 16. ​

c. Membership is for personal use only and is non-transferable. ​

3. MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS ​

a. The membership is free of charge and no purchase is necessary to become a member.​

b. Individuals may enroll in the Program by creating an account on the Sodashi website.. ​

d. Each participant may have only one Program account, tied to a unique email address.​

e. Your membership is personal, non-transferable and subject to these Terms and Conditions as well as any other rules, regulations, policies, and procedures adopted by Sodashi as approved by you upon taking part of offers, rewards, making purchases and other related services.​

f. Companies, groups, associations or other entities, or others making commercial or bulk purchases are not eligible for membership. The membership may not be used for reselling or profit. ​

g.  It is your responsibility, and a condition for your membership, to keep your email and contact details up to date. ​

h. Upon submitting your application, you will need to set up an account, and create a password for that. Please always safeguard your password.​

i. Your Membership is established for an indefinite period until your account is cancelled.​

j.The date when you become a member will constitute the “Start Date” of each “Membership Year”. The “Membership Year” is the 12 months following the Start Date of each year. ​

k. Points earned in the Program expire twelve (12) months after the date they are earned.​

l. The Sodashi Beauty Reward Program is exclusively intended for individual consumer use and is not available for utilization by our business partners, retailers, spas, or spa therapists participating in the program.​

4. EARNING POINTS CONDITIONS​

a. As a member of the Sodashi Beauty Reward Program, you have various opportunities to accumulate points, each contributing to your rewards and benefits. Points are earned through different activities and purchases, including:​

Every Dollar Spent: Earn one point for every AU dollar spent on purchases made on www.sodashi.com.au.​

Sign-Up Welcome Points: Receive a welcoming reward of 100 points upon successfully joining the Sodashi Beauty Reward Program.​

Engagement on Social Media: Gain 15 points for each action taken to engage with Sodashi on social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, including following, liking, or subscribing.​

Product Reviews: Earn 25 points for writing a product review, 50 points for submitting a before and after photo, and 75 points for submitting a video review. Please note that all reviews, including photos and videos, will be subject to approval before points are awarded.​

Birthday Rewards: Celebrate your special day with a bonus of 100 points credited to your account on your birthday. If your birthday falls within the next 30 days, your reward will be delayed until 30 days from the date of entry to prevent fraudulent activity.​

Transaction Milestones: Earn 500 points when your total spending reaches  AU$999 or more (within the 12 months period).​

Friend Referral: Automatically received 200 points when your friend spend AU$100 or more and uses your referral code at checkout.​

b. Please note that Sodashi reserves the right to reject any points earned if fraudulent activity or misuse of the program is suspected. Points will be added to your account once the order is fulfilled.​

c. Qualifying purchases for earning points in the Sodashi Beauty Reward Program include all purchases made on www.sodashi.com.au, excluding gift cards and purchases of discounted items. Points cannot be earned on previous purchases made before joining the program.​

d. Points are earned based on the total amount spent on qualifying purchases.​

e. Points includes tax and shipping fees.​

5. REDEEMING POINTS CONDITIONS​

a. Earning Points​

• Members earn AU$1 in redeemable value for every 10 points accumulated.​
• For every 100 points accumulated, members can redeem an AU$10 discount.​
• To redeem points, a minimum of 100 points is required. For instance, if a participant has 150 points, they can redeem an AU$10 off coupon. If they have 200 points, they can redeem an AU$20 off coupon.​
• Points can be carried over from previous transactions.​
• A minimum spend of AU$100 is required to redeem a coupon.​
• Rewards expire after six months from the date of issuance.​
• Redeemed points cannot be reversed.​
• Only one redeemed coupon can be applied during checkout.​
• Redeemed coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other Sodashi's promotion, discounts, or incentives unless explicitly stated otherwise.​

b. Redemption Process​

• All points can only be redeemed online, and purchases must be made on www.sodashi.com.au.​
• Points cannot be earned or redeemed at retailers, spas, or other country-specific websites.​
• Points are earned based on the total amount spent on qualifying purchases. ​
• Minimum and maximum purchase requirements may apply for points accrual. Points are awarded upon order fulfillment.​
• Discounts and rewards earned through the Sodashi Beauty Reward Program cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or incentives unless explicitly stated otherwise.​
• Redemption of points is subject to a minimum spend requirement of AU$100. ​
• Discounts and rewards earned through the Sodashi Beauty Reward Program cannot be redeemed for cash and must be used within six months of issuance.​

c. Referral Program​

• Members can share their referral code or link with as many friends as they want.​
• When friends make their first purchase using the referral code or  link, they automatically receive an AU$20 discount.​
• Upon completion of the friend's order using the referral link, members will receive an email notification confirming the addition of 200 points to their account, equivalent to a AU$20 discount. ​
• Members must log in to their account to redeem the points earned through referrals.​
• Members can also check their list of successful referral codes by logging in to their account.​
• Sodashi reserves the right to reject any referral if fraudulent activity or misuse is suspected.​

6. RETURN POLICY AND POINTS DEDUCTION​

a. Points Deduction for Returned Products:​

In the event of a product return, points earned from the purchase of that product will be deducted from the participant's account.​

If the return of a product results in a negative point balance, the participant's account may go into a negative point balance.​

b. Negative Points for Used Discount Codes:​

• If a product was purchased using a discount code earned from the reward program and is later returned, the points equivalent to the value of that discount will be deducted from the participant's account.​
• In case the deduction of points for used discount codes results in a negative point balance, the participant's account may go into a negative point balance.​

c. Misuse Investigation and Account Termination:​

• Sodashi reserves the right to investigate any suspected misuse of discount codes or points.​
• If misuse is confirmed, Sodashi reserves the right to terminate the account associated with the misuse.​
• Sodashi reserves the right to investigate any unusual or suspicious activity related to points, rewards, or discount codes.​
• If any fraudulent activity or misuse is detected, appropriate action, including account termination, may be taken. Members will be notified if their account is terminated due to misuse of discount codes or points.​

f. Appeals Process:​

• Members have the right to appeal account termination decisions. Appeals must be submitted in writing to Sodashi's participants service team for review.​

7. CHANGES, TERMINATION AND/OR REMOVAL FROM SODASHI BEAUTY REWARD PROGRAM ​

a. Sodashi reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate the Sodashi Beauty Reward Program, including its terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the program will be effective immediately upon posting on the Sodashi website.​

b. Sodashi may notify members of any significant changes to the Beauty Reward Program via email, through the Sodashi website, or other communication channels.​

b. By continuing to participate in the Beauty Reward Program after any modifications, members accept and agree to abide by the updated terms and conditions.​

c. Sodashi reserve the right to adapt payment methods and/or terminate or restrict access to accounts for the following reasons. Reasons for payment method adaption, termination or restriction may include, but are not limited, to the following: (1) Abnormal frequent and / or high number of returns; (2) Behaviour demonstrating clear intent to resell and / or make a profit by purchasing our products; or (3) Multiple accounts and / or registration of a new account by previously suspended users. Sodashi also reserve the right to cancel orders made when shopping as a guest for the same reasons. If your access has been restricted or order cancelled and you think we’ve made a mistake, please get in touch with Sodashi Customer Service at enquiries@sodashi.com​

d. Upon termination or removal from the program, the member will forfeit all accumulated points, rewards, and benefits associated with Sodashi Beauty Reward Program. Sodashi will not be liable for any loss or damages resulting from termination or removal from the program.​

e. Members have the right to appeal a decision of termination or removal from the program. Appeals must be submitted in writing to Sodashi's Customer Service Team for review. Sodashi's decision regarding termination or removal from the Beauty Reward Program is final and binding. Termination or removal from the program does not affect the applicability and enforceability of other provisions of the terms and conditions, which shall survive such termination or removal.​

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY​

a. Sodashi will not be liable for any system failure or malfunction of the Sodashi Beauty Rewards Program or any consequences thereof. Sodashi accepts no liability for any loss or damages arising from suspension, variation or termination or in any other way relating to the Sodashi Beauty Rewards Program, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. ​

b. Sodashi will not be liable for the misuse of My Account resulting from unauthorised access by third parties.​

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURSICTION​

a. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Australia, without regards to any rules or principles on conflicts of laws. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising or relating to these Terms and Conditions, or membership shall be resolved by the applicable courts in Australia, unless otherwise stipulated in applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.​

b. If you have a problem with the Sodashi Beauty Rewards Program and are not able to settle the  issue with Sodashi, then you can submit your complaint to the Australia’s online dispute resolution platform (the “ODR platform”). ​

The ODR platform offers consumers and traders within the EU with the possibility to try and reach an out-of-court settlement for complaints arising from online purchases. This single-entry point is designed to be a user-friendly and interactive website, available in all official languages of Australia, and free of charge. ​

How can I purchase a Sodashi gift voucher?

Sodashi gift vouchers can be purchased on www.sodashi.com. Vouchers are available to purchase in custom amounts between $50 and $1000 AUD.

I have received a beautiful Sodashi gift voucher. How do I redeem it?

Upon purchasing a digital Sodashi gift voucher, it will be sent to your registered email by default if you do not specify another email to which it will be sent. With every voucher, you will receive a unique voucher number. To redeem your credit, please go to www.sodashi.com and add your voucher number into the 'coupon code/voucher field' when checking out.

Terms and Conditions:

• Every voucher will be accompanied by an expiry date. This will be clearly stated on the voucher. Each voucher must be used by this expiry date or the credit will become invalid. Under no circumstances will this expiry date be changed or extended.
• These gift vouchers can only be used online at www.sodashi.com. These gift vouchers are not available to use on www.sodashi.co.uk or any third party website on which Sodashi is stocked. These gift vouchers are not available to use in Spa Properties in which Sodashi is used or stocked.
• Once purchased, the value assigned to each gift voucher cannot be changed.
• These gift vouchers are not transferable or redeemable as cash.
• If requesting a refund on products purchased by means of using the Gift Voucher, the refund amount will be treated as credit on www.sodashi.com and not a cash payout.
• These gift vouchers can be used until the credit assigned to the voucher is used, as long as all transactions are undertaken prior to the date of expiry. For instance, if you receive a gift voucher to which $500 AUD store credit is assigned, you can use this over a series of transactions until the total credit has been spent.
• In the instance that you are using a gift voucher with assigned credit that is less than the total value of your order, you will only be required to pay the balance of your order once the credit value has been deducted. 
• Credit assigned to gift vouchers can be spent on any item on www.sodashi.com, but will also be used to cover any shipping costs associated with your order.
